This Privacy Policy explains how Reverse Singing ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our recording and reverse-playback app. Reverse Singing lets you record or import short audio clips, play them in reverse, imitate the reversed sound, and compare your results.
By downloading or using Reverse Singing, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Reverse Singing does not require an account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, or password to use any feature of the App.
Reverse Singing reverses your audio entirely on your device. When you tap Reverse, the App reads the audio samples of your clip and reorders them locally to create the reversed version — no audio, prompt, or file is ever sent to an external server.
Because all processing happens on-device, we never see, receive, or have the ability to access the content of your recordings.
Reverse Singing stores your content only on your device:
Microphone: Reverse Singing requests microphone access only when you choose to record a clip. Audio is captured locally and is not transmitted anywhere.
Files: You may import audio from locations you choose through Apple's Files interface. Reverse Singing accesses only the file you explicitly select.
Reverse Singing does not request access to your camera or photo library, as the App has no features that use either.
The Share feature uses Apple's standard share sheet. Recordings are shared only when you actively tap "Share Recording" and choose a destination (such as Messages, Mail, or another app). We do not automatically share, upload, or publish your recordings.
Reverse Singing does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud AI services. The App does not include account-login or subscription services in the current version.
Reverse Singing is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, California, or another region with privacy rights, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Because your audio and session data stay on your device and are never transmitted to us, the greatest protection for your content is the security of your own device (for example, using a passcode or Face ID/Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Reverse Singing after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
